Have you ever watched a group of crows ganging up together and chasing out birds much bigger than they are? This behavior makes the crow a useful animal totem to call when you need support in dealing with adversity. Crows always seem to be able to get away with what they are after, be it a piece of food left on the road or sneaking into other birds’ nests to steal or eat their eggs. Echoing this trait, those with the crow as totem or spirit guide might watch for the tendency to trick or be a bit manipulative.

Doors were locked, windows closed,lights were off.We were messing with the piano, I heard a door open and closed.My friend got scared so I went to check it out.I checked everywhere then I walked by a sidedoor that leads outside.I unlocked it and I was infront of a huge black bird that had features of an eagle.One turned around,cawed at me and flew off and the other flew behind it.After that day I’d always have a crow or raven stalking me at distances.Still do today.

CROWS ARE VERY INTELLIGENT BIRDS AND ARE RESPONSIVE TO THEIR ENVIRONMENT. IF YOU ACCOST THEM THEY WILL ANSWER BACK. IT DOESN’T MEAN THAT ITS A BAD OR GOOD THING. IT JUST MEANS THAT THEY RESPOND TO STIMULI BECAUSE OF THEIR INTELLIGENCE AND THAT YOU ARE BEING PARA-NOID.

A family friend recently died. It was about 2 weeks ago now. So far everyday at exactly 7:00 the mom of the boy that died has seen a crow sitting up in the tree in her backyard. The same branch, the same time. It’s always staring at the house.
Oh my God my Grandma passed away EITHER yesterday on my birthday after 11pm OR today latest 3AM. I’m 17 now. The last time I saw her was last week. I LIVE IN BROOKYN NY, WE NEVER SEE CROWS. On my way to her house a GIANT bird with wings from here to New Mexico sits near me at the train stop. I was taking the train to her house last time I saw her. I’m disturbed.
@JESSICA,
ONCE AGAIN YOUR BEING PARANOID BASED ON UNJUSTIFIED DISCRIMINATION OF THE CROW AND URBAN LEGEND ABOUT THE MEANING OF CROW.

My father was hospitalized having fought cancer for 7 years the end was near and we knew this. I had visited him for a week prior to his hospitalization and I needed to return to my home nearly 2500 miles away. I was at home on and off the phone with family pacing around the house with everything weighing heavy on me. At some point I opened my front door maybe for fresh air or maybe because I felt a presence. Standing on my front door mat was a small black crow. He or she didn’t flinch when I suddenly opened the door. I crouched down and asked him what he wanted as he blinked at me turning his head side to side and calmly turned around and walked away. An hour or so later I received the phone call from my sister informing me that my father had passed away.
@RODNEY MEYERS
YOU CANNOT BLAME THE CROW FOR YOUR GUILT. THE CROW IS TOO OFTEN DEMONIZE BY PEOPLE WHO DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH ABANDONMENT ISSUES AND THEN WHEN DEATH COMES THEY BLAME THE CROW AS COINCIDENCE.
PERHAPS YOU SHOULD HAVE DECIDED TO LIVE CLOSER TO DAD THOSE 8 YEARS AND SPEND TIME WITH HIM WHEN YOU FOUND OUT HE HAD CANCER. THAT IS WHAT THE BIRD WAS TELLING YOU. BUT NOT THAT THE BIRD BROUGHT DEATH TO YOUR DOOR. NO. DEATH IS A FACT OF LIFE AND COMES TO ALL WHETHER WE LIKE IT OR NOT.
BUT MAYBE NOW YOU MAY REFLECT UPON WHY YOU DIDNT MOVE CLOSER TO YOUR DAD WHILE HE WAS ILL AND THEN PERHAPS YOU CAN FIND SOME HEALING AND RESOLVE YOUR GUILT AND GRIEF.

@RICK,
NO NEED TO WORRY. THE CROW IS AN INTELLIGENT BIRD AND VERY AGGRESSIVE AND TERRITORIAL. THE CROW WAS MARKING ITS TERRITORY AND JUST LETTING YOU KNOW WHO WAS THE BOSS.
THERE IS NO OMEN OR SUCH THING. DONT TRY TO TALK TO THEM AND INTEND TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE SAYING BECAUSE YOU ARE GOING TO DRIVE YOURSELF NUTS.
RATHER LOOK AT WHAT THE ANCIENT CULTURES SAY ABOUT THE CROW, LIKE THE NATIVE AMERICANS WHO HAVE THOUSANDS OF YEARS OF COEXISTANCE WITH THE CROWS AND OTHER ANIMALS AND CAN TELL YOU STRAIGHT UP THAT THE CROW IS NOT BAD.

Im taking a break at work and just had a crow fly behind me,peck the back of my head, fly by, and perch in the tree above me. He was jumping around hyper. Then flew off fast… Im stressed out because im going for a new career with the city. Ive been stressing out about getting it more and more as the day draws closer for the testing… I dont know if that was a good sign or not. This has never ever happened to me before.

The same thing happened to me yesterday. I’d just left the library feeling overwhelmed from job hunting and submitting applications. As I walked to the bus stop, a crow came out of nowhere, grazed the back of my head and then flew up in to the tree. Like it purposely wanted to get my attention. Days prior, I asked my spirit guides for guidance in choosing a career path. I wonder if the crow has something to do with that.
CROW HAS BEEN HANGING AROUND ME. I FEED THEM BREAD OFTEN. THEY TAP ON MY DOOR. FOR MORE FOOD. ALSO THEY HOP ON MY ROOF EARLY AM WHERE MY BEDROOM IS. I SWEAR ONE CROW TALKED SAYING THANK YOU. IN A CLUCKING. SOUND BUT ITS TRUE. I HEAR THEY CAN SPEAK TO YOU AND ONE CROW DID TO ME.
Lord are you like for real? I saw 2 just a few minutes ago and whenever i see a black crow i always see 1 never have i ever seen 2 except for now .
I saw two crows also and I felt like I was being followed but I don’t know what this means.
People often say that if you see 1 you’re either doomed or it’s a sign of death of someone you know or perhaps even a relative of yours
I used to hear the beautiful sound of a bird, I have no idea of its name, I would wake up to the sound of this birds song. Then it was replaced with the crow, this is what made me notice it, then I began to see it more often and even the other day I saw a group of them crowing at a fox, it looked really threatening.
Crows seem to be hanging around me lately I have a feeling they are trying to tell me something
My spirit animal is a crow! I am so excited! AWESOME I GOT A SPIRIT ANIMAL!!!
