Shipping To International Locations (Outside of the U.S.)
We ship to customers from all around the world.
Please note that occasionally international orders are subject to import, duties, and customs taxes, which are applied once your shipment reaches the country of destination. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
Each country has its own import duties and custom rules. If you want more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local duties service or carrier office. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
Duties and value-added taxes may be required and are the responsibility of the customer. The amount paid for shipping is the actual cost of just shipping – it does not include any customs duties.
Will my item come in one package?
Your items may arrive in multiple packages because we ship from multiple warehouses from around the world.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. Once an item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This is applicable for the majority of the products sold in the catalog.
However, please note that in a few rare cases, such information is unavailable to the public because some warehouses do not provide tracking. If this is the case, we’ll notify you and will follow up with the warehouse directly , on your behalf, in case you have any question.

The tracking number for my order stopped updating, what happened?
If you’re buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada and Australia), your country’s customs department may decide to randomly hold your items at the border.
Not to worry, your package will usually arrive as expected, but some customs departments may take a variable length of time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs for more than 2 weeks, we suggest calling your country’s customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.
If for some reason your order is not released by customs after 5 weeks, please contact us and we’ll be able to send you a replacement.
